Are these prices final?
No. The numbers are a guide during the pilot. Your written quote is the price you pay.
What are module setup fees?
Module setup means moving your records in and setting up that module. Onboarding means your workspace, approval steps and team training. Installing on your own servers is quoted separately.
What do pilot partners pay?
Pilot NGOs keep their rate after the full release. In return, they give us regular feedback. Ask for the pilot rate when you request a quote.
What counts as a record?
A record is a donor, beneficiary, staff member, volunteer, vendor or other profile stored in KhairSuite. Small NGOs under 5,000 records pay nothing extra. As you grow you move to the next flat step. We never charge a percentage of your money.
Where do I see every fee?
Your quote lists every fee. Donations go to your own bank accounts, so your bank’s charges apply.
Can we pay in another currency?
Yes, ask us. We can invoice in other currencies. Switch between USD and GBP in the calculator.
