Privacy notice.

Last updated 24 September 2026. This notice covers this website and briefly explains how KhairSuite handles data. NGOs also get a separate data agreement with their subscription.

Who we are

KhairBridge Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, Islamabad, Pakistan. Contact: info@khairbridge.com, +92 324 8294260.

What this website collects

Forms. When you request a demo or a quote, the form composes a WhatsApp or email message on your device containing the details you typed (organisation, name, work email, phone, country, notes and, on the pricing page, your selected configuration). Nothing is stored on this website’s server; the message is sent by you, from your WhatsApp or email account, to ours. We keep it only to reply and follow up on your enquiry.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. It sets cookies and records an anonymised view of your visit (pages, approximate location, device type). You can block it with a browser setting or extension without affecting the site.

Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button and forms open WhatsApp on your device; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

How we use enquiry data

To answer your enquiry, arrange a demo, prepare a quote and, if you become a partner, set up your account. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Inside KhairSuite (summary)

  • Each NGO’s data is kept separate from every other NGO. The NGO controls its beneficiary, donor, staff and vendor data. KhairBridge processes it on the NGO’s instructions under a data processing agreement.
  • Beneficiary identifiers are masked by default, and revealing them is logged. Consent for data use and for donor-facing stories is recorded on the beneficiary profile.
  • Data is protected in transit and at rest and backed up regularly. It is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure or on the NGO’s own servers.
  • NGOs can request a full export of their data and can anonymise records within the retention rules they set.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Partner account data is kept for the term of the subscription and returned or deleted at its end, subject to statutory record-keeping.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@khairbridge.com. We reply within 30 days. Where you have a right to complain to a supervisory authority, this notice does not limit it.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top.
